We're excited to do this VOT3D IO LIVE TREASURE HUNT which is a game the attendees of VOT3D IO’s PARTY WITH THE BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE MICHELLE YOUNG will play.

- Signup and attend VOT3D IO’s PARTY WITH THE BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE MICHELLE YOUNG and be the first to answer the right answer in chat to one of the five (5) interactive LIVE TREASURE HUNT questions presented by the hosts. These hunts are tough and you will have to think and search for the answers. Whomever is first to type the answer to each respectively wins the prize announced with the aligned question. The same person can win multiple times is first and quickest.

Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Athleisure Media LLC

  • The "Prize" refers to five (5) items including (1 of each of the following): Christmas Hearth Candle (Just Bee), Plump-kin Retinol Eye Patches (TONYMOLY), Facial Ice Globes (Radixir), Guayaba Agua Fresca Candle (GYV), and Multi Acids & Retinoid Brightening Sleeping Facial (Allies Of Skin). One of these aforementioned items will be assigned and offered with one question. After an attendee is first to answer correctly in chat, the next question and prize will be announced, and so on.

  • By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • Giveaway is during this event, which starts at December 13th (12/13/22) at 3PM WST/6PM EST. All winners will be selected by The Promoter as first to answer in the event chat.

  • The Promoter will notify the winners in this event, or after the event close if necessary.

  • The Promotor’s competition with entry via the google doc submission with required fields is open only to residents of the US. One (1) winner will be chosen per question and aligned prize, amounting to up to five (5) possible winners.

  • No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

  • Entrants must be over 21+ years old on the date of their entry.

  • Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

  • Zoom or YouTube are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

  • Attendees may submit answers in chat for each question and aligned prize in the competition.

  • Each entrant shall enter the competition via the VOT3D IO event entry form found at https://vot3d.io/events

  • The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

  • The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Winner must timely provide address details to ship prize package by seven (7) days of being notified of winning.

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prizes in question, and under no circumstances more than $100 USD.

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

  • Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

  • The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

  • The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

  • By entering the competition, winners understand and agree that winner's names and/or social handles may be posted online or on social media. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles and/or website(s) of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
